WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL EXPERIENCE (at our gym)

This program takes place at our facility and offers a complete, hands-on introduction to wheelchair basketball. Participants arrive at the gym, meet the players, and learn about the history of adaptive sports, the structure of the wheelchair, and the point classification system. After a short talk, everyone gets the chance to sit in a sports wheelchair and experience the game themselves, guided by professional athletes. It’s an inspiring, interactive, and eye-opening experience that promotes teamwork, inclusion, and respect through sport.
